Setelah menahan lapar dan dahaga sedari terbit fajar hingga terbenam matahari, akhirnya bisa melahap makanan dan minuman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menyegerakan berbuka juga termasuk yang disunahkan oleh Rasulullah SAW, sebagaimana sabda beliau:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cManusia akan senantiasa berada dalam kebaikan selama mereka menyegerakan berbuka.\u201d (H.R. Bukhari dan Muslim).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, sebaiknya jangan \u2018balas dendam\u2019 juga saat berbuka puasa, jangan diserbu semua tanpa timbang-timbang. Ya, walaupun wajar sekali semua makanan terlihat nikmat ketika lapar, bahkan batako saja bisa tampak seperti kue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menjaga kesehatan sangatlah penting, baik pada bulan puasa atau pada bulan biasa. Jika tubuh kita sehat, tentu ibadah kita bisa berjalan dengan lancar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu cara menjaga kesehatan adalah dengan memperhatikan makanan yang kita konsumsi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada bulan Ramadan, kita bisa menyiapkan menu buka puasa yang sehat, tapi tetap nikmat. Kemudian angkat, dan potong persegi. Masukkan kembali daging ke dalam kaldu atau air rebusan tadi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan sampai matang. Masukkan ke dalam rebusan daging. Tambahkan sera dan lengkuas. Masak terus dengan api kecil sampai dagingnya empuk sekali.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rawon siap dihidangkan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Itulah beberapa resep sehat dan nikmat yang bisa kita buat sebagai hidangan menu berbuka puasa. Begitu nikmat jika dimakan bersama, atau dibagi juga kepada para tetangga.
